Conditions for Returns

Items can typically be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in the original condition with tags, and you have proof of purchase. Some items, such as personalized items, may not be returnable.

Return Process

To return an item, contact info@thebandedbee.com.au with your Order Number and reason for return. We will provide instructions.  Please ship the item back using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. Exchanges are typically only offered for defective or damaged items.
